Ziva Dhoni, born on February 6, 2006, is more than just the daughter of cricket legend Mahendra Singh Dhoni. As she approaches her ninth birthday, a spotlight is on her schooling at Ranchi’s prestigious Taurian World School. Established in 2008 by the visionary Amit Bajla, a London School of Economics alumnus, the school is renowned for its practical education approach and for nurturing students’ personalities.

Chairing the school since its inception in 2008, 35-year-old Amit Bajla, currently residing in Mumbai, focuses on holistic development within the school’s expansive 65-acre campus. With a commitment to practical education, the school boasts diverse facilities such as organic farming and horse riding, emphasising not just academic growth but also physical and mental development.

Taurian World School takes pride in its diverse faculty, including several international teachers, fostering an environment rich in global perspectives. The campus, equipped with amenities from organic farming to horse riding, ensures a comprehensive approach to student development, with special emphasis on sports for physical and mental well-being.

While the school’s fees might be higher, it mirrors the institution’s commitment to providing quality education and an environment conducive to holistic development. The annual fee for term boarders ranges from around Rs 4.40 lakh for LKG to Class VIII to approximately Rs 4.80 lakh for classes IX to XII. This includes uniforms, textbooks, stationery, winter wear, and sports attire.
