FACT CHECK
NewsMobile fact-checked the viral post, and found it to be false.
Running the video keyframes through Reverse Image Search, our team traced a news article in a Chinese news website — ET Today, dated March 25, 2020, with a title: 著火轎車衝進加油站!司機「全身狂燒」跳車急逃:有人害我 (English version: See below.)
The image in the article matches with one of the viral video keyframes with a description that the image is from a county in Guizhou province of China.
Another article on the website sohu.com also carries an image that matches with the viral video keyframes. It further informs that there were two people in the uncontrolled car and a fight broke out between them. As a result of this, one person attacked the other and tried to scare him with fire which resulted in the car going out of control and colliding with the fuel station.
A similar article was also published in Sina News in 2020.
Therefore, we can conclusively say that the viral post, claiming it is the CCTV footage of a car mishap at a fuel pump station in India, is fake.
