Performing a Reverse Image Search, we came across a report by Zee Rajasthan, dated December 15, 2022, carrying similar footage. According to the report, the viral video is from Bikaner, Rajasthan, and related to the murder of gangster Raju Thehat. A video of Rohit Godara’s brother, who was accused in the murder of gangster Raju, has surfaced online after the incident. In the video, Rohit Godara’s brother states that nobody should consider or regard Rohit as a role model. He further reveals that Rohit had turned towards criminal activities due to a dowry case 13 years ago and that they have severed ties with him since then. The consequences of associating with such people can be severe, and he asks how long one would bear the repercussions of their brother’s actions.
We also found the same video in a report of News18 Rajasthan, dated December 15, 2022, showing the gangster’s brother opposing Rohit Godara, and saying that he should not be considered a role model and that the family is suffering because of him.
Thus, it is evident from above information that the viral video is almost a year old and not related to the Gogamedi murder case.
