NewsMobile fact-checked the post and found that it is old.
We extracted the keyframes of the video and ran a search. The search led us to the same video which was shared on YouTube on Jul 8, 2017.
On searching further, we found a report dated Oct 29, 2016, stating that the incident took place in Dholpur when Vasundhara Raje went there to celebrate Diwali. The report also mentioned that she fell after being entanglement in her saree and sustained minor injuries.
This proves that the video in circulation is old.
