We listened to the video and then ran a search using some keywords from the video. The search led us to a video report by Punjab Kesari MP dated May 17, 2022, where he can be seen in the same attire and can be heard saying the same thing.
Video of the same speech, taken from a different angle was also shared by a Facebook page TheSootr on May 18, 2022.
The post mentioned that the rally took place in Rajgadh, where Mohan Yadav warned Patwari, Girdawar, and Tehsildar that if any complaint of corruption is received against them then they will suspend them.
The same was also reported by Patrika and Dainik Bhaskar in 2022.
