Mukesh and Nita Ambani are brimming with excitement as their younger son, Anant Ambani, prepares to tie the knot with his beloved Radhika Merchant. Although the Ambani family hasn’t officially confirmed it, a viral online wedding invitation discloses that the pre-wedding celebrations are set to take place from March 1-3, 2024, in Jamnagar, Gujarat—a place of special significance to the couple. The invitation features a heartfelt note from Mukesh and Nita, expressing their joy for Anant’s new chapter.
In the engagement phase, Radhika and Anant participated in traditional Gujarati customs like Chunari Vidhi and Gol Dhana, followed by a ring exchange. The Ambani family hosted engagement events at Antilia, extending a warm welcome to the Merchant family and the soon-to-be Ambani bahu, Radhika. Anant Ambani, a graduate of Brown University, has held various roles at Reliance Industries, including serving on the boards of Jio Platforms and Reliance Retail Ventures. Currently, he leads the energy business of RIL. Radhika Merchant, daughter of Shaila and Viren Merchant, holds a degree from New York University and serves as a director on the board of Encore Healthcare.
