New Delhi: The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) announced on Saturday that the coveted title sponsorship rights for the Indian Premier League (IPL) have been secured by the TATA Group. TATA group extended its partnership with the BCCI, setting a new record with an unprecedented sponsorship value of Rs 2500 crore – marking the highest-ever amount in the league’s illustrious history.
The TATA Group previously held the title sponsorship rights for the IPL in 2022 and 2023 and is also the title sponsor of the Women’s Premier League, the biggest women’s T20 league in the world.
