Former Pakistan captain Shoaib Malik surprised many by tying the knot with Pakistani actress Sana Javed on Saturday. Confirming the news on his Instagram, the 41-year-old shared, “Alhamdullilah. And We created you in pairs.”
Amidst speculation about his separation from former Indian tennis player Sania Mirza, it’s reported that Shoaib Malik has entered his third marriage. Malik and Mirza have been surrounded by rumours of potential divorce for the past couple of years, with news suggesting they lived separately for over a year.
While Shoaib Malik starts his new marital journey, it remains uncertain whether the former Pakistan skipper and Sania Mirza have officially parted ways, despite Sania Mirza’s cryptic Instagram post, “Marriage is hard. Divorce is hard”.
However, it seems like all is not well in Shoaib’s family. As per the reports, none of the family members attended Malik’s wedding due to their disappointment with the former Pakistan cricketer’s decision to marry again.
