The Mahavir Temple is devoted to the deity Hanuman in Patna, Bihar. The production of this laddu prasad commenced at the temple in 1993. Usually, around 1.25 lakh kilogrammes of laddus is sold in a month, and during festivals like Ram Navami, its sales can reach up to 25,000 kilogrammes in a single day.
We also looked for news related to the laddu for the Ayodhya Ram Temple inauguration and found a report from The Times of India, dated January 6, 2024. According to the report, “Devotees participating in the consecration of the Sri Ram temple in Ayodhya on January 22 will be treated with Tirupati laddu, the famous prasadam offered to Lord Venkateswara in Tirumala. The Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams, which manages the Sri Venkateswara temple, has decided to distribute about one lakh laddus to devotees in Ayodhya. The temple body is making arrangements to transport the prasadam to Ayodhya by road.”
Thus, we can conclusively say that an old video is being falsely shared as laddu preparation for Ram Temple inauguration in Ayodhya.
