NewsMobile fact-checked the post, and found it to be false.
Going through the official website of the Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment & Promotion Board, the NM team could not find any such notice about the new date. The last notice was issued on February 24, 2024, announcing the cancellation of the paper.

Searching further, we also found a tweet, dated February 29, 2023, on their official account refuting the viral claim. The post reads: “Fake letter regarding written examination of constable recruitment-23 is being viral. No such letter/information has been issued by the Board. Information related to the examination will be published along with the release on the Board’s website uppbpb.gov.in and official X handle @Upprpb. @Uppolice.”
