A video has circulated on social media claiming that a Palestinian man attacked a US minister on stage for saying that all Palestinians should be killed.
The post reads: ഒരു വേദിയിൽ അമേരിക്കയുടെ ഒരു മന്ത്രി പറയുകയാണ് എല്ലാ ഫലസ്തീനികളെയും കൊന്നൊടുക്കുകതന്നെ വേണം സദസ്സിൽ കേൾവിക്കാരനായി നിന്നിരുന്ന ഒരു ഫലസ്തീൻകാരൻ സിംഹം ചാടി വീണപോലെ അവരെ ആക്രമിച്ചു (English translation: An American minister was saying on a stage that all Palestinians must be killed. A Palestinian, who was standing as a listener in the audience, attacked the minister like a lion.)

Putting the keyframes of the video through Reverse Image Search, our team traced multiple reports from January 2024. According to one of the reports, a Clark County District Court judge during a hearing was being attacked by a man.
USA Today and CBS News also shared the same video in January. According to a report by ToI, Deobra Delone Redden, 30, was arrested and jailed at the Clark County Detention Centre, where records showed he faces multiple new felony charges, including battery on a protected person — referring to the judge and court officers.
The report mentioned that Redden was not in custody when he arrived at court and asked the judge for leniency while describing himself as “a person who never stops trying to do the right thing no matter how hard it is.” As the judge made it clear she intended to put him behind bars, and the court marshal moved to handcuff him, Redden yelled expletives and charged forward.
Thus, from the above fact check, it is clear that the video has no relation to Palestine and is being shared with a false claim.
