FACT CHECK

NewsMobile fact-checked the post and found the image to be old.

We ran a Reverse Image Search on the image and found the same image in an article dated Oct 2012. Accoording to the article, the picture was taken when Arvind Kejriwal, Manish Sisodia and other India Against Corruption (IAC) members were detained in the national capital after the Delhi Police broke up their sit-in protest near Prime Minister Manmohan Singh’s residence.

Another article by Oneindia featured the same in October 2012.

Thus, from the above fact check, it is clear that the picture is not from his recent arrest.
