A video has gone viral on social media showing a person saying that the BJP and RSS are the most powerful organisations in India. It is claimed that the person in the video is the chief secretary of Taliban.
The video is being shared on Facebook with a caption in Hindi: आतंकवादी संगठन तालिबानके मुख्य सचिव का बयान, जब तक बीजेपी भारत में है..भारत पर कोई देश हमला नहीं कर सकता.. तालिबानने माना.. RSS और BJP बहुत शक्तिशाली हैं.. पहले बीजेपी को खत्म करो.. तभी हिंदुस्तान पर फतह मिलेगी.. सोचकर देखिए कांग्रेस और विपक्ष के लिए आप कैसा महसूसकर रहे हैं ? समझे आप? क्यों इन आतंकवादियों के सगे संबंधी बीजेपी से परेशान हैं।।।

Running a Reverse Image Search of keyframes from the video, we identified a YouTube video uploaded on August 6, 2020. In the video, one can see a time stamp stating that it was recorded in 2019.
In this 17-minute video, the part about RSS and BJP can be heard between 52 seconds and 1:20 mins. The title of the video states that this person is Khalid Mehmood Abbasi.
We also found the viral video uploaded on the official YouTube page of Khalid Mehmood Abbasi Official on August 3, 2021.
According to information provided on Khalid’s official Facebook page, Islamabad-based Khalid is an Islamic scholar. He has spent 30 years of his life with an organization named Tanzeem-e-Islami.
The NewsMobile team could not find any information in which there is mention of any chief secretary of the Taliban.
So, we can conclusively say that the person talking about the RSS and BJP in the viral video is not the Taliban chief secretary but an Islamic scholar from Pakistan by the name of Khalid Mahmood Abbasi, and the claim is misleading.
