On November 3, 2022, Pakistan’s former prime minister, Imran Khan, was shot during the Real Freedom rally in Pakistan’s Wazirabad. He was injured in his leg.
In the above context, an image is widely shared on social media showing Imran Khan on a bed. The image claims that it is Imran Khan’s condition post attack.
The caption associated with the image reads: “गोली लगने के बाद सामने आई पाकिस्तान के पूर्व पीएम इमरान खान की एक और तस्वीर Comment में Toba Toba likhe, RIP.” (English translation: “Another picture of former Pakistan PM Imran Khan surfaced after being shot. Write Toba Toba in Comment RIP.”)

NewsMobile did the fact-check, and found it to be misleading.
Doing a Google Reverse Image, we found the same image tweeted by Imran Khan on August 17, 2014, with a caption: “Night at the dharna.”
We found that Pakistan’s Tehreek-e Insaaf had also tweeted a similar photo on August 17, 2014, with a caption: “IK sleeping at Dharna site! Imran Khan is one leader who leads from the front and gives us strength to give it all.”
Hence, we can ascertain that the viral image is old.
