Virat Kohli, Gautam Gambhir Get Into Fiery Argument; Video Goes Viral

Date:

New Delhi: RCB’s star batter Virat Kohli and LSG’s Gautam Gambhir got into a heated argument following Royal Challengers Bangal0re’s 18 runs victory over Lucknow Super Giants on Monday.

Both LSG and RCB members had to intervene and separate the two icons before things took an ugly turn.

Virat Kohli and Gautam Gambhir were seen to get involved in a verbal fight after the match. As both of them shook hands after the conclusion, then Kohli and Gambhir grabbed eyeballs as they were seen engaging in an argument. Notably, Gambhir was seen pointing fingers at Kohli upon which the latter did not hold back and charged towards him.

Earlier, in the match, Virat Kohli did the finger on lips taunt after taking the catch of Krunal Pandya. Everyone thought this was in response to Gautam Gambhir’s silent taunt toward Bangalore crowd after their previous contest at M Chinnaswamy Stadium.

Royal Challengers Bangalore defeated Lucknow Super Giants by 18 runs in Lucknow on Monday. LSG restricted Royal Challengers Bangalore to 126 for nine. In reply, the hosts were tottering at 27 for four and then 65 for six in the 11th over. Eventually, LSG were all out for 108 in 19.5 overs.

Here are fans’ reactions.
