Many users claim that Sara Ali Khan recently reached Bageshwar Dham in Madhya Pradesh and took blessings of the head of Bageshwar Dham, Dhirendra Shastri.

Even the official social media handles of Sara Ali Khan and Bageshwar Dham have not carried any post related to the viral claim.
Running the Reverse Image Search, our team spotted a video report by NDTV, dated May 31, 2023, with similar footage. We found the visuals of Sara Ali Khan in the viral video are from May 31, 2023, when she visited Mahakaleshwar Temple in Ujjain before the release of her film Zara Hatke Zara Bachke. It is to be noted that the movie was released in India on June 02, 2023.
We also found similar footage in a report of AajTak, dated May 31, 2023. According to it, Sara also participated in Bhasma Aarti and Bhog Aarti. During this, Sara spent two hours in the Mahakaleshwar temple. She had also visited earlier to seek Lord Mahakal’s blessings.
Therefore, we can conclusively say that the viral video showing Sara Ali visiting the temple to seek blessings is from Mahakaleshwar temple in Ujjain, NOT Bageshwar Dham.
