BSF hands over inadvertent border crosser to Pak Rangers

Border Security Force today handed over a Pakistani national, who had crossed the international border in Rajasthan’s Sri Ganganagar district inadvertently, to Pakistan Rangers.

BSF spokesman informed that BSF troops spotted a Pakistani national yesterday along the Indo-Pak border in Sri Ganganagar district and apprehended him.

During investigations it was revealed that the Pakistani border crosser was Gulam Rasool, 20, who had inadvertently crossed the international border and entered India.

Nothing objectionable was recovered from his possession, the spokesman said, adding, he was handed over to Pakistani Rangers on humanitarian grounds.
