Gurgaon: The newly-appointed Deputy Commissioner of Gurgaon, T L Satyaprakash, on Monday assumed the charge. An IAS of 2002 batch, Satyaprakash, was earlier posted as Director of Industries & Commerce and Mines & Geology, Haryana and Managing Director of Haryana State Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation (HSIIDC) at Chandigarh Headquarter.
 On his very first day, he signed an MoU with Hartron for opening Common Service Centres (CSCs) in 8 villages of the district. Village Level Entrepreneurs (VLEs) have already been appointed for running these CSCs where the villagers will get facilities like Caste Certificate etc at their doorstep in villages itself.
These CSCs would soon become operational and majority of them would be located in the premises of government schools of the village.
