Minor boy kills self in Telangana

Karimnagar (Telangana), Aug 27 (PTI) A seventh gradestudent allegedly committed suicide by hanging himself from aceiling fan in his hostel room in Konarapet mandal in thedistrict, police said today. The incident took place yesterday. The body of BhukyaSwamy (11), a student of tribal welfare school, was foundhanging from a ceiling fan inside his hostel room, a policeofficial said. The reasons for Swamy taking the extreme step are notknown and a case under relevant sections of IPC has beenregistered, police said, adding, investigations are underway.PTI CORR NRB AARPTP
