NRL records highest-ever profit at Rs 1,222 crore

Guwahati, Sep 9 (PTI) Numaligarh Refinery Limited(NRL), a subsidiary of Bharat Petroleum based in Assam, hasreported its highest-ever net profit of Rs 1,222 crore during2015-16, registering a growth of 70 per cent over previousyear’s net profit of Rs 718 crore. Stating this at the 23rd Annual General Meeting ofNRL held here today, NRL Chairman and also Bharat PetroleumCorporation Limited (BPCL) Chairman and ManagingDirector S Varadarajan said, "Continuing the trend oflast year’s exceptional performance, your company has onceagain delivered excellent results in 2015-16."PTI ESB MD JMPS
