Portfolios reshuffled in Arunachal

Itanagar, Sep 21 (PTI) Arunachal Pradesh Chief MinisterPema Khandu has made some changes in portfolios of his councilof ministers. According to an official release here today, RWD MinisterKumar Waii has been given additional charge of Home whileWater Resource Development (WRD), Geology and Mining ministerKamlung Mossang would handle additional charge of Food andCivil Supplies. Animal husbandry, veterinary and dairy developmentminister Rajesh Tacho would handle additional portfolio ofSports and Youth Affairs. Jomde Kena has been made new health and family welfareminister while his earlier portfolios of Transport, Supply andTransport, Legal Metrology & Consumer Affairs has beenwithdrawn and attached with Chief Minister. The chief minister also allocated portfolios to 25newly appointed Parliamentary Secretaries out of total 26, whowere sworn in on Sunday. Accordingly, Thangwang Wangham is in charge of Power(Electrical) while Gojen Gadi is the parliamentary secretaryfor WCD, SJETA & Land Management) Phurpa Tsering (HealthServices) and Tirong Aboh (Geology & Mining), an officialrelease informed here today. C T Mein has been given the charge of Environment andForest, while Punji Mara got the department of Horticulture,Phosum Khimhun (Hydro power), Jambey Tashi (RWD), P D Sona(Tourism), Bamang Felix (Education), Markio Tado (Food & CivilSupply), Likha Saaya (Transport, Supply & Transport), GumTayeng (WRD), Tapuk Taku (Tax & Excise) and Kumsi Sidisow(PHED). Karya Bagang got the portfolio of Industries, Textile &Handicrafts, Nikh Kamin (Disaster Management), Techi Kaso (UD,Housing, Town Planning & Municipal Affairs), Mutchu Mithi(PWD), Pani Taram (Home), Mama Natung (RD & Panchayati Raj),Tatung Jamoh (Agriculture), Nyamar Karbak (Sports & YouthAffairs), Dikto Yekar (Art & Culture) and Zingnu Namchoom(Planning). Portfolio to former minister Jarkar Gamlin wouldbe allocated within a day or two, the release added. PTI UPLCR
