Debjani Chakrabarti appointed Director Highways

New Delhi: Debjani Chakrabarti, IAS officer of 2002 batch from Orissa cadre, has been appointed new Director (Highways) with Ministry of Road, Transport and Highways.
 
The lady officer is replacing Puneet Kumar, a Kerala cadre IAS officer/1993 batch.  It may be mentioned that Puneet has been appointed secretary general of Apparel Export Promotion Council (AEPC), the country’s apex body for apparel exporters.
