Watch: Ranveer just got the challenge of his life from a kid!

‘Gully Boy’ Ranveer Singh has just been challenged by a kid to a rap battle. Kanhu from ‘Mere Pyare Prime Minister’ posted a video on his twitter account with his own version of the ‘Mere Gully Mein’ rap.

In Kanhu’s version of the song, he tells Ranveer “Mai Bhi Dharavi, Tu Bhi Dharavi, Teri Gully Mein Mai, Meri Gully Mein Tu”. He goes on asking for help from Ranveer, saying “Hui Hai Gandi Baat Meri Gully Mein, Kya Tu Dega Mera Sath Meri Gully Mein.”

Kanhu rose to fame after he landed the lead role in Rakyesh Omprakash Mehra’s upcoming film ‘Mere Pyare Prime Minister’. The film revolves around the real-life problems that people face in slums due to lack of toilets.

Mere Pyaare Prime Minister talks about the story of a young slum kid who travels to the capital with his friends to meet the Prime Minister to request him to build more toilets in the slums.

The film is scheduled to release on March 15. It stars National award-winning actress Anjali Patil, Om Kanujiya and Atul Kulkarni among others.

Ranveer Singh’s ‘Gully Boy’ has been ruling the box office since its release on February 14. The song ‘Mere Gully Mein’ was quick to become a sensation among the youth. The ‘Gully Boy’ version of the song was sung by Ranveer Singh himself. Originally, it was composed and sung by rappers Divine and Naezy.
