Aamir Khan, also known as Mr. Perfectionist essayed the role of several characters by living them in real. He is known for appreciating with each movie he did since his debut Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak opposite Juhi Chawla.
The star actor would be ringing in his 52nd birthday in Mumbai on Tuesday, with family. The actor has done great in 2016 with his movie ‘Dangal’ making new records.
However, the transformations with each movie have been achieving milestones for this would be a veteran actor. Here are few mentions of several Amir Khan blockbusters, which made him what he is today.

Taare Zameen Pe
The movie was based on the relationship between an 8-year-old dyslexic child played by Darsheel Safary and his art teacher played by Aamir Khan, who helps him overcome his condition. The movie earned about 62 crores at the ticket window and is counted as one of the top grocers of Aamir’s film career.
Ghajini
Written and directed by A.R. Murugadoss, ‘Ghajini’ is the remake of the Tamil super hit film starring Surya with the same name. The Hindi version that featured Aamir Khan and Asin in a lead role went on to become the first Hindi film to cross the 100 crore mark. The movie earned 114.75 crores at the box office.
3 Idiots
Based on Chetan Bhagat’s famous novel, ‘Five Point Someone’, ‘3 Idiots’ is considered as one of the best portrayals by the superstar Khan of Bollywood. Besides being the highest-grossing film at its opening weekend in India that year, the movie also had the highest opening day collections earned by an Indian film during that time. This fun and emotional tale of three friends had garnered 202.50 crores at the box office.
Dhoom 3
The third instalment of the superhit ‘Dhoom’ franchise, ‘Dhoom 3’ featured Aamir Khan in a dual role. With Aamir adding a double dose of his acting mettle to the super hit bike thriller, ‘Dhoom 3’ went on to become another all time blockbuster coming from the sensational artist. The movie earned 274.20 crores at the ticket window.
PK
Another film of Mr. Perfectionsit, which broke records at the box-office, is the Aamir-Anushka Sharma starrer, ‘PK’. With a collection of about 340 crores at the box office, the movie etched a place for itself in the all-time blockbusters of Bollywood. It is also the second highest grosser of the superstar.
Dangal
Based on the life of wrestler Mahavir Singh Phogat, ‘Dangal’, which released last December, is rocking the box office. The film has not only earned 350 crores within a short span of 17 days but also has gone on to become the highest grossing Bollywood film ever. The movie has also turned out to be the biggest blockbuster of the actor till date.
Although we have mentioned six of his charecterisation, all his movies are different and worth watching since 90’s. We wish him good luck for his upcoming venture on Sanjay Dutt Biopic.
