Indigo may be claiming to taking care of its passengers but passengers on board the flight from Jaipur to Delhi had an horrid experience when the flight was delayed and passengers including several small children were made to sit in the flight for hours without any food. Worse when the passengers wanted to disembark as the toilets were choked and no food on board, they were told that they will be fined Rs 5000 and made to sit in a confined space till the flight according to civil aviation rules.
To make matters worse the airline resorted to VVIP racism as the former Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot was allowed to disembark along with his aides as the other passengers were made to sweat it out on the flight. In the recent past the airline has been slammed for terrible passenger service, and with lax rules to ensure passenger rights airlines like these are taking them for a ride. Several passengers onboard told NewsMobile the staff didn’t give any information and the service was terrible, seeking action against the airline.
Hopefully the DGCA civil aviation ministry will act fast to penalise such airlines.
6e 3813 scheduled time was 7:45 took off at 10:45 for more than three hours passengers were in the aircraft
For absolutely no reason at all, normal passengers were made to wait for over three hours. Moreover, passengers were on the flight without food for three hours and waiting without access to proper toilets.
@IndiGo6E what are the passenger rights when you hold us hostage without basics rights https://t.co/T9iu7yq1yR

Later, InDigo responded to the tweet by saying that
@prritinarain Apologies for the inconvenience caused to you Prriti, your flight was delayed due ATC congestion at DEL.

Despite repeated attempts indigo President Aditya Ghosh was not available for comments.
NewsMobile busted Indigo’s bluff for blaming it on ATC and misleading passengers. Below are the images that serve as proof. All other flights landed on time and there was no ATC congestion.
