England, batting first were restricted to a meagre total of 211 by the disciplined bowling from Pakistan.

Hasan Ali bowled exceptionally well taking 3/35 in his economical 10 overs to stun England’s strong batting line up. England starting losing wickets in quick intervals. England’s top order batsmen, Joe Root (46), Jonny Bairstow (43), Ben Stokes (34) and Eoin Morgan (33) gave a satisfactory start to the England’s innings, but all of them failed to get past the half century mark.
Pakistan’s 118 runs opening stand by Fakhar Zaman (57) and Azhar Ali (76) made sure an easy chase. The target was achieved by Pakistan comfortably with the loss of 2 wickets and 13 overs to spare.
