Alia Bhatt’s Deepfake Video Goes Viral Again, Sparking AI Concerns Among Fans

A deepfake video of Alia Bhatt has gone viral again, sparking concern among fans about the dangers of AI. The new AI-generated video, showing Alia participating in the “Get Ready With Me” trend, was posted on Instagram by a user named Sameeksha Avtr and has already amassed over 17 million views. Sameeksha Avtr’s bio clarifies that “All the videos are made using AI for entertainment purposes only.”

Despite this disclaimer, fans quickly voiced their worries about the implications of AI technology. One fan commented, “AI is getting dangerous day by day,” while another said, “Feeling bad for those who think it’s real.” A third user added, “I’m getting scared of AI now.”

This isn’t the first instance of a deepfake video featuring Alia Bhatt gaining traction online. In May, a similar video went viral, showing Alia’s face morphed onto actress Wamiqa Gabbi’s body.

On May 7, Alia Bhatt wowed attendees at the Met Gala in New York wearing a Sabyasachi saree. Around the same time, another viral video from the Instagram account Unifixface showed Bhatt in a red saree, posing for what seemed to be a photo shoot.
