Shraddha Kapoor Likely To Join Vicky Kaushal In Mahavatar

Date:

Bollywood might just be cooking up a brand-new on-screen duo, and honestly, we’re already intrigued. If the latest reports are anything to go by, Shraddha Kapoor could soon share screen space with Vicky Kaushal in the upcoming mythological epic Mahavatar.

According to a report on Mid-day, Shraddha is currently in talks with the makers, who are keen on bringing her on board for the film. While there’s no official confirmation yet, the excitement is already building among fans.

As quoted by Mid-day, “Shraddha fits the brief perfectly. The team was keen on someone who brings star value and presence. Plus, the Vicky-Shraddha pairing will be fresh, and the makers are confident this combination will resonate with the audience.”

Directed by Amar Kaushik and backed by producer Dinesh Vijan, Mahavatar has already been creating waves ever since its announcement.

Vicky Kaushal will be seen stepping into the powerful role of Chiranjeevi Parashurama, promising a transformation that’s intense, rugged, and completely unmissable.

Meanwhile, Shraddha is juggling an exciting lineup. She is currently working on Eetha, a film inspired by the life of legendary Tamasha artist Vithabai Narayangaonkar. And that’s not all, she’s also expected to return for Stree 3 after the success of Stree 2.

On the other hand, Vicky is busy shooting Love & War with Sanjay Leela Bhansali. Once that wraps up, reports suggest he’ll dive straight into a major physical transformation for Mahavatar, think wrestler-like build, long matted hair, and a fierce warrior vibe.

Interestingly, earlier buzz had also linked Deepika Padukone to the project, but those plans didn’t materialise.
