The first trailer of Partition: 1947 is out and has already gathered one lakh views from the last one week. It is directed by Gurinder Chadha, the music of the film has been composed by AR Rahman.

Partition 1947 stars Manish Dayal, Huma Qureshi, Om Puri, Hugh Bonneville, Tanveer Ghani, Denzil Smith and Neeraj Kabi. It tells the story of the final months of the British rule in India. The film will hit theatres on August 18.
