In a tragic incident, three people are feared dead in a helicopter crash near Bavdhan in the Pune district on Wednesday morning.
Senior officials of Pimpri Chinchwad Police are on the scene. Two ambulances and four fire tenders are also present.
The visuals of the crash site being circulated on social media show the chopper in fire and shattered in pieces.
Reports in one of the local digital news publications suggest that dense fog in the area may have contributed to the crash. However, an official investigation is underway to determine the exact cause.
