Addl SP, DSP among 18 injured in militant attack

Srinagar, Aug 24 (PTI) An Additional SP and a DSP wereamong 18 security personnel injured in a militant attack todayin Pulwama town, about 32 kms from here, police said. Militants hurled a grenade, followed by firing, atsecurity personnel who were on duty near the Degree College inPulwama town, a police official said. He said 18 security personnel including an additional SP,a DSP and a local SHO were injured in the attack. Among the injured were eight CRPF personnel. The militants fled from the spot after carrying out theattack. PTI MIJAKK
