The Bengaluru Police have revealed disturbing details in the murder case of 29-year-old Mahalakshmi, whose dismembered body was found stored in a refrigerator. The investigation has uncovered that her body was brutally cut into 59 pieces, according to reports.
Bengaluru Police Commissioner B Dayanand in a statement confirmed that the prime suspect has been identified, and multiple efforts are underway to bring the individual to justice.
Several investigation teams have been dispatched across different parts of the country to trace and arrest those involved in this heinous crime.
In response to the gruesome nature of the case, the National Commission for Women (NCW) has intervened, urging the Bengaluru Police to expedite their investigation and ensure swift arrests. The NCW has demanded a detailed report within three days, emphasizing the need for a comprehensive and time-bound investigation.
