+ Globally nearly 10 lakh have been cured of the disease while in India the number of cured people in India nears the 8,500-mark.
+ In its media briefing today, the Health Ministry informed that the recovery rate in India has improved from 13.06% to over 25% in 14 days, while the fatality rate is 3.2%. A progressive recovery rate has been observed.
Moreover, the doubling rate of the cases has now increased to 11 days, before lockdown it was 3.4 days.
