The bride-to-be is also featured cutting a cake as relatives cheer, while blankets and boxes, likely for the traditional gifting rituals, line the coach. Even the ticket collector is seen navigating the celebrations, smiling amidst the chaos.
The video, shared on X under the caption “POV: A Marwari Wedding,” quickly drew attention. However, some users raised concerns about public convenience, questioning whether booking an entire coach for private festivities was appropriate when many passengers face difficulties securing tickets.
Booking full coaches for private travel is a legitimate service under the IRCTC Full Tariff Rate (FTR) system. Interested parties can reserve up to six months in advance by registering online at ftr.irctc.co.in or offline at major railway stations. Each coach requires a security deposit of approximately Rs 50,000.
