The protest was organised to demand the resignation of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The demonstration comes as the political confrontation between the Congress and the Centre continues over alleged irregularities in national examinations and other related issues.
Several senior Congress leaders participated in the protest, raising their concerns and demanding accountability from the government. The protest marks another escalation in the ongoing political dispute between the opposition and the Centre over the examination controversy.
