New Delhi: A woman has alleged that a Zepto delivery executive repeatedly asked to enter her home despite being refused several times, leaving her frightened. In a video shared on Instagram, she claimed the delivery partner requested water after handing over her order and later kept insisting on being allowed inside for “five minutes.”

According to the woman, she refused every request and asked him to remain outside. She alleged that after she closed the door, the delivery executive repeatedly rang the doorbell and later banged on the gate.

“I closed the door again, and I got really scared.”
The woman also claimed she tried to file a complaint through the app but only received an automated response. She appealed to Zepto to look into the matter.
Responding in the comments, Zepto said, “This isn’t the experience we aim to deliver, and I’d like to get this sorted for you. Could you please share your order details and contact number via DM? Once we have that, we’ll look into it right away.”
The incident sparked reactions online, with many users expressing concern and sharing safety advice.
