Date:

Following the implementation of hefty traffic fines, a video has gone viral on social media in which cops can be seen beating a young man with a cane. It has been claimed that the policemen were hitting the man because he was not wearing a helmet.

The text in Hindi read: “अगर आपने हेलमेट नहीं लगाया तो इन पुलिस वालों को मारने का अधिकार किसने दिया”

(Translation: Who gave the right to Police to hit for not wearing a helmet?)
