A video clip has gone viral on Facebook in which a monkey is seen fighting criminals and saving two kidnapped women. 3:23-minute clip also shows the monkey smoking a cigarette.
A Facebook user shared the video on Facebook with the caption that read: “जब एक बन्दर ने करि गुंडों की जमकर धुलाई”
(Translation: When a monkey furiously fought with criminals)
At the time of filing this report, the video had got over 26 million views with over 73,000 shares.
The same video was shared by a few other Facebook users.

FACT CHECK
When NewsMobile Fact Checked the post, we found that the video is a cut out from a Bollywood movie Jawab Hum Denge starring Shatrughan Sinha, Jackie Shroff and Sridevi which was released in 1987.
On putting the screengrabs of the video through Reverse Image Search, we found the full movie on the YouTube channel of Pen Movies.
The viral video was cut out from 2:01:50 hour of the movie.
