FACT CHECK
NewsMobile fact-checked the video, and found the claim to be fake.
A keyword search for any recent train accident on the Assam-Ajmer route yielded no credible reports. If such a major accident had occurred, it would have been widely covered by the news media.
Also, running the video keyframes through Reverse Image Search, NewsMobile found multiple reports, dated November 11, 2019, featuring the same footage.

As per the video description, two slow-moving trains collided at Kacheguda Railway Station in Hyderabad. Fifteen people were injured in the incident. The video has no connection to any recent train accident involving an Assam-bound train. (These reports can be seen here, here and here)
Therefore, the viral claim over recent train collision on the Assam-Ajmer route is false.
