Performing a Reverse Image Search, NM team found the official YouTube channel of The Tribune carrying the same viral video on July 28, 2019, with a caption: “Jammu-Srinagar highway closed due to shooting stones in Ramban”.
ABP News also posted the footage on its YouTube channel on July 28, 2019, claiming that landslides in Jammu’s Ramban left hundreds of vehicles stranded on the hills.
The Srinagar-Jammu (NH44) national highway, the only road link connecting Kashmir Valley with the rest of the country, was closed due to stone-throwing between Ramban and Banihal stretch, according to reports on India Today and AajTak from July 28, 2019.
Thus, it is evident from the above information that the viral video is old and unrelated to the incessant rain in Himachal Pradesh.
