Putting the viral video keyframes through Reverse Image Search, the NM team found a report featuring the same footage. The report, published on November 11, 2023, is titled: Tens of Thousands March In London Demanding ‘Ceasefire Now’ In Gaza War.
According to the report, in November 2023, hundreds of thousands of protesters filled the streets of central London, chanting slogans like “stop bombing Gaza” and “ceasefire now.” The march, which drew approximately 300,000 participants, covered a three-mile route from a London park to the US embassy.
Additionally, a BBC report from November 23, 2023, noted that tens of thousands of pro-Palestinian demonstrators marched through central London, demanding a permanent ceasefire in the Gaza Strip. Over 100 counter-protesters were arrested during the event.
Therefore, it is evident that the video dates back to November 2023 and is not recent. The viral claim is False.
