Running the viral video keyframes through Reverse Image Search, the NM team identified tweets from the Virat Kohli fan club’s X handles, dated June 17, 2023, featuring same visuals of Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma at the ISKCON temple.

We also found a Facebook post by Glamblitz with a caption: Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma were seen attending a kirtan at London’s ISKCON Temple. The video has gone viral online now, from June 2023.
With relevant keywords search, we also found media reports confirming that the viral video and image of Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma’s visit to the ISKCON Temple are from June 2, 2023.
According to the India Today report, “An old video of T20 World Cup champion Virat Kohli attending a kirtan with his wife, Anushka Sharma, at the ISKCON Temple in London has surfaced on Internet. Kohli has been enjoying a peaceful time with his family in London after completing his national duties with the Indian men’s cricket team. An old video has been circulating on social media which showed Kohli and Anushka visiting the temple to offer their prayers to Lord Krishna.”
Lastly, a video report on the entertainment YouTube channel BoldSky confirms that the video is from 2023.
Hence, it is evident that the viral video is from 2023 and not a recent one.
