FACT-CHECK
Searching with relevant keywords and other sources, the NewsMobile team, however, found the news claim about the dreamy Aspen wedding is baseless.
Rightly so, billionaire Jeff Bezos has also rubbished the media reports of his wedding to fiancée, Lauren Sanchez, costing a whopping $600 million.

Additionally, the second-richest man in the world has posted on X to clarify his wedding plans, saying the “whole thing was completely false”.
Bezos said, “The old adage ‘don’t believe everything you read’ is even more true today than it ever has been”, adding: “So be careful out there folks, and don’t be gullible.”
Furthermore, this whole thing is completely false — none of this is happening. The old adage “don’t believe everything you read” is even more true today than it ever has been. Now lies can get ALL the way around the world before the truth can get its pants on. So be careful out… https://t.co/wz2SWp6wBZ

What the Reports Claimed…
The initial reports, published by leading publications in the West, suggested an extravagant winter-themed wedding. Allegedly, the couple had reserved the high-end sushi restaurant Matsuhisa in Aspen for December 26–27, planning to host 180 guests. The reports claimed the venue and surrounding properties had been exclusively booked, with actor Kevin Costner’s 160-acre ranch serving as a backdrop for the celebrations.
Therefore, we can conclusively say that the viral news claiming Amazon founder Jeff Bezos’ $600-million extravagant winter-themed wedding with fiancée Lauren Sanchez is false.
