NewsMobile fact-checked the video in question, and found it to be a deepfake.
Searching with relevant keywords, the NM team found no credible evidence of Amitabh Bachchan endorsing such remedies. However, we spotted several inconsistencies, most notably lip-sync issues between the audio and visuals.
A thorough Analysis of the viral video, using TrueMedia’s deepfake detector, reveals strong evidence of digital manipulation.
