FACT CHECK
NewsMobile fact-checked the viral post and found the claims to be Misleading.
Conducting a Reverse Image Search of the clip using Google Lens, the NM team found a shorter version of the viral video posted by the X handle OSINTdefender on April 26, 2025. The post identified the location as the Port of Bandar Abbas in southern Iran.

According to the caption, the explosion was caused by an out-of-control fire that came into contact with chemicals improperly stored by Iranian port authorities.
Another report by The Guardian confirmed that a massive explosion had occurred at the Shahid Rajaee port, part of the Bandar Abbas port complex.

The incident resulted in the deaths of five people and left over 700 injured, as reported by multiple sources. This confirms that the video shows a chemical explosion prior to the recent missile strike or military attack.
Therefore, we can conclusively say that the viral post, claiming to show recent airstrikes in Iran amid reports of heavy bombardment, is Misleading.
