A picture is widely shared on Internet showing a man covered on the ground in a prostration position. It is claimed that the man died while offering Friday Namaz in Medina.
The caption in Hindi reads: “ए काश मदीने में मुझे मौत यूँ आये… “मस्जिद ए नबवीﷺ” में #नमाज़_ए_जुम्मा के दौरान एक ख़ुश नसीब शख्स को #नमाज़ के सजदे मे ही मौत आ गयी.. ❤ (English translation: I wish I die in Medina like this… During the #Namaz_e_Jumma in “Masjid e Nabvi صل ى الله عليه وسلم” a lucky person died in the prostration of #Namaz..)

FACT CHECK
NewsMobile fact-checked the above post, and found it to be misleading.
Putting the picture through a Reverse Image Search, we found several news articles, dated March 2022, carrying the same image. One of the articles suggested that the man in the picture was unconscious, NOT dead.
These news reports can be seen here, here and here.
According to reports, the incident took place on March 18, 2022 at Masjid al Nabawi in Medina — the Holy City in Saudi Arabia. The man was initially covered by a rug as worshipers thought the life of a Muslim man ended in a sujood (prostration) position, which is considered lucky.
However, the Twitter handle (@theholymosques) of the mosque later clarified that the man in the picture fainted and doing well.
The news we have got || “My brothers who called an ambulance in the Prophet’s Mosque for the man said it was a case of fainting and that the brother is in good condition, apologies for the mistake” pic.twitter.com/aVQWPxOmCr
