FACT CHECK
We fact-checked the video and found the claim to be false.
We extracted keyframes from the video and ran them through the Reverse Image Search. The search led us to the same video on YouTube which was uploaded on October 23, 2019.
The title (roughly translated) of the video read, “Nurse Nadia Farshah clones Latamageshkar Amazed the visitors with the melody of her voice.”
Based on this, we ran a search and found Nadia Fharshah’s (the above YouTube video misspelt the surname as Farshah) social media accounts. On her Facebook page, we found multiple videos of her singing Bollywood songs. The pages can be seen here and here.
Videos of her singing Bollywood songs were also uploaded on her YouTube channel.
We then scanned through her Instagram Page and found the video of the same event dated

We reached out to Nadia Fharshah for more details regarding the video and the article will be updated upon receiving her response.
However, based on the above facts, we can state that the video was originally shot in 2019, before COVID-19 cases were identified across the world. Hence, we can conclude that the claim attached to the video is false.
