Many users have shared this video in a sarcastic tone, claiming that PM Modi congratulated I.N.D.I.A on its victory.

NewsMobile fact-checked the viral post, and found it to be false.
Running a Reverse Image Search of the video keyframes, the NM team identified a tweet from June 29, 2024, on the official handle of Modi, suggesting that Modi congratulated the Indian cricket team on winning the recently concluded T20 World Cup through this video.
Searching further, we came across a news article in ABP Live, dated June 30, 2024, covering India’s victory over South Africa by 7 runs in the final of the T20 World Cup in the West Indies. The article also informs about the congratulatory messages that the team got from various leaders of the country. We can see Modi’s video as well among these messages confirming that it has nothing to do with INDI Alliance.
Therefore, we can conclusively say that the viral post, claiming Modi congratulated the I.N.D.I.A on their victories in the by-elections, is fake.
