The rumour mill has already been churning out that Indian cricketer Shubman Gill and Sara Tendulkar are dating. Adding to their dating rumours, some fresh visuals of the two in wedding attire have gone viral on social media.

NewsMobile investigated the viral images and found them to be AI-generated.
A Reverse Image Search could not find any credible news reports. Even the verified social media handles of Shubman Gill or Sara Tendulkar have not carried the visuals in question.
On closer inspection, the images show several hallmarks of AI generation, including overly smooth skin textures, subtle distortions in facial features, and inconsistencies in background elements and hand details which are common in the AI-generated visuals.
An image shows Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma attending the wedding, which, again, has not been verified or shared by the power couple. Sara Tendulkar’s and Anushka Sharma’s face images seem to be distorted.
No image or post has been shared by the bride’s father, Sachin Tendulkar.
Additionally, the AI content detection tools — Hive Moderation and WasitAI — confirmed that the images had been synthetically created.
Therefore, we can conclusively say that the viral images claiming to show Shubman Gill and Sara Tendulkar in wedding attire are digitally manipulated.
