Recently, a video went viral on social media platforms showing two Indian classical dancers performing with a claim that they aren’t real dancers but Chinese robots. The post claims that they are dancing at Disneyland in Shanghai.
The video is being shared on Facebook with a caption: (English translation: Watch this dance carefully. Dancing at Disneyland in Shanghai. These two are not human dancers, but two robots made in China. The duration of the dance is only five minutes. But the waiting time to buy tickets to see this dance is 4 hours. A ticket to see this dance costs 499 yuan, which is equivalent to $75. The facial expressions of the robots are so perfect that it is difficult to distinguish them from real people.)

FACT CHECK
NewsMobile fact-checked the viral video, and found it to be shared with a false claim.
On performing Reverse Image Search, we found a longer version of the video uploaded on YouTube, dated August 11, 2017. The video was uploaded on the ‘Indian Raga’ channel with a caption: “Vahana Alarippu: Bharatanatyam dance | Best of Indian classical dance”
As per the description of the video, Sophia Salingaros and Isha Parupudi can be seen performing in the video, who are Indian classical dancers based in the US.
